SCS FF16 Peanut Brittle

I still have quite a few of the SplitCoastStamper Falliday Fest challenges to complete - not sure if I will make all of them but there is another week to  catch up!  This is StampMomma's challenge to be inspired by our favorite Christmas hard candy.  Several years ago my hubby started to make microwave peanut brittle and that has been a favorite tradition ever since.  I used the Swiss Dots EF to represent the nutty bumps, and of course the bg color for the golden brown peanut brittle.  Image and sentiment are both QKR Stampede digis.

Another lovely card - in fact I think this is my favourite of the ones you've made with this sweet image! The spotted ribbon echoes the embossed background so well! Thanks for joining in again at CRAFT Challenge!

Hi Dorothy - I've not tried Peanut Brittle but it sounds a bit like the "Stick Jaw Toffee" family recipe ;o) !!!!! I love your card - beautiful neutral colour palette and traditional image. Thanks for playing along at Incy Wincy Designs this time.
